Cumulus Consulting Expands to Western Michigan with New Office in Kalamazoo

KALAMAZOO, Mich. — May 20, 2026 — Cumulus Consulting is opening a new office in Kalamazoo to create a regional hub for consulting and technology teams that serve manufacturers across the Great Lakes region and beyond.

Headquartered in Troy, Michigan, Cumulus Consulting’s expansion to a second Michigan office in the heart of southwestern Michigan will allow its experts in ERP cloud systems to be closer to manufacturing clients investing in modernization and seeking a partner with local, in-person resources.
Partnerships Built to Last
The office expansion follows a strong run of growth for Cumulus, including its acquisition of the Plex practice of Columbus, Ohio-based Revolution Group on May 1. The acquisition makes Cumulus Consulting the nation’s largest, dedicated partner of Plex by Rockwell, a cloud-based smart manufacturing platform that connects, automates, tracks and analyzes manufacturing operations.
The Kalamazoo location will support hiring across consulting, delivery and customer success roles. It will also host client workshops and industry roundtables.

The Kalamazoo office expands capacity across the core service lines at Cumulus, including Plex ERP, Plex MES/MOM, Plex QMS and many others.
Clients in the region will benefit from faster on-site response, deeper bench strength and dedicated industry expertise tailored to Michigan’s mix of advanced manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, food and beverage, life sciences and others.
